Week 5 has passed an Obama has more exciting items in the news .Alan Keyes has declared that if not stopped, OBAMA will destroy the US as we know it .
In two separate incidents soldiers in Iraq have questioned Obama's birth records and his right to be president.

Obama's DIS APPROVAL rate has DOUBLED!!!. Obama’s new disapproval rating — 24%, or 50% higher than the 16% average for a month-old new presidency.
And it’s twice the 12% disapproval rate that Obama had last month. Obama is now less popular than George W Bush was at the same time during his presidency.What does this mean? It means Lots of Americans now realize Obama has lied about most everything that ever come out of his mouth.

A Democratic governor of TN has said he may not take all of the Stimulus money. Its not just the republicans, many see the harm Obama is trying to inflict on our country. Still no reports of the protests when Obama speaks in public.

The corruption trail gets longer and longer .
The House voted Wednesday to kill a resolution sponsored by Rep. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz.
The resolution would have forced the House Ethics Committee to launch a probe into the PMA Group, a lobbying company accused of making fraudulent donations to lawmakers using names of people who did not exist. The FBI raided PMA’s headquarters in November and is investigating the group’s founder and president, Paul Magliochetti, a former Murtha aide. PMA has contributed millions to politicians in the last decade, has close ties to senior Democratic appropriators including Reps. John Murtha D-Pa., and Pete Visclosky,D-Ind.Just another great example of bi partisan transparency . Nancy Pelosi passed another 410 BILLION for give aways . the bill has a total of 8,570 earmarks at a cost of $7.7 billion, according to Taxpayers for Common Sense. OBAMA promised this wouldn't happen right ?

Obama has made everyone in the DOD sign a statement to keep secret the budget and any budget cuts .
“Under no circumstances will I disclose such information outside the Department of Defense and other government agencies directly involved in the defense planning and resource-allocation process, such as the Office of Management and Budget,” the agreement said.

What happened to Obama's pledge to have an open and honest government that would be completely transparent?
Well shucks we could just always call it the GESTAPO or the Ministry of Truth , it works well under those names in other fascist countries.

Obama also pledged 1 Billion dollars to GAZA , well that should solidify our stance of not negotiating with sponsors of terror organizations !!!!

UBS was sued on Tuesday in a Swiss federal court by wealthy American clients seeking to prevent the disclosure of their identities as part of a tax-evasion investigation by the United States Justice Department.
How many of these people are prominent Democrats ? The Clintons ? SOROS? James Carrville ? Pelosi ? Wait and see if this comes to light it will be hard for OBAMA to wiggle out of it .UBS is not happy and heads are falling .

The head THUG in charge , Eric holder held a huge press conference to announce a 2 year old investigation and mass arrests of Drug Cartels in Mexico. I thought it was funny they would bring so much attention to a success of the Bush administration. It was ammo for the GUN GRAB. Today Holder says we need to re enact the FAILED 1994 Assault Weapons Ban. Holder believes the weapons are being supplied to the cartels by the US. Holder could simply trace each weapon through the FBI database and present the evidence to the American people .Is it beyond comprehension that the drug cartel can fly airplanes with TONS of cocaine , but yet not smuggle weapons ? The ABC report shows a belt fed weapon, obviously a MILITARY contract gun, did Holder trace that serial #? NO it probably comes back to something stolen from the IRAQ war effort not from a civilian sale in the USA .Why would you obtain a semi auto weapon in the US for over 1000 dollars and have to hassle with the instant check and ID , when you could get a full auto ak -47 on the black market for 200 bucks or less ?We know terrorists are all to happy to trade drugs and help smuggle the drugs for hard currency .

Clinton signed the Financial Services Modernization Act, which allows merging of banks, securities firms and insurers. It repeals parts of the 1933 Glass-Steagall Act. Page C3.

Fannie Mae, the nation’s biggest underwriter of home mortgages, had been under increasing pressure from the Clinton Administration to expand mortgage loans among low and moderate income people and felt pressure from stock holders to maintain its phenomenal growth in profits.

In addition, banks, thrift institutions and mortgage companies had been pressing Fannie Mae to help them make more loans to so-called subprime borrowers. These borrowers whose incomes, credit ratings and savings are not good enough to qualify for conventional loans, can only get loans from finance companies that charge much higher interest rates — anywhere from three to four percentage points higher than conventional loans.

”Fannie Mae has expanded home ownership for millions of families in the 1990’s by reducing down payment requirements,” said Franklin D. Raines, Fannie Mae’s chairman and chief executive officer. ”Yet there remain too many borrowers whose credit is just a notch below what our underwriting has required who have been relegated to paying significantly higher mortgage rates in the so-called subprime market.”

Demographic information on these borrowers is sketchy. But at least one study indicates that 18 percent of the loans in the subprime market went to black borrowers, compared to 5 per cent of loans in the conventional loan market.

In moving, even tentatively, into this new area of lending, Fannie Mae is taking on significantly more risk, which may not pose any difficulties during flush economic times. But the government-subsidized corporation may run into trouble in an economic downturn, prompting a government rescue similar to that of the savings and loan industry in the 1980’s.

”From the perspective of many people, including me, this is another thrift industry growing up around us,” said Peter Wallison a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. ”If they fail, the government will have to step up and bail them out the way it stepped up and bailed out the thrift industry.”

Under Fannie Mae’s pilot program, consumers who qualify can secure a mortgage with an interest rate one percentage point above that of a conventional, 30-year fixed rate mortgage of less than $240,000 — a rate that currently averages about 7.76 per cent. If the borrower makes his or her monthly payments on time for two years, the one percentage point premium is dropped. Fannie Mae officials stress that the new mortgages will be extended to all potential borrowers who can qualify for a mortgage. But they add that the move is intended in part to increase the number of minority and low income home owners who tend to have worse credit ratings than non-Hispanic whites. the Department of Housing and Urban Development proposed that by the year 2001, 50 percent of Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac’s portfolio be made up of loans to low and moderate-income borrowers. Last year, 44 percent of the loans Fannie Mae purchased were from these groups. HMMM Looks like BILL and good ole Franklin Raines put us there ?

Obama has mired us in a debt that exceeds the TOTAL of the world 's GNP. He has printed enough money so we may never pay it back and created the worst inflation scenario any one could imagine .Next he will go for censorship.Once he can suppress and censor people and organizations that do not agree with him he will GRAB THE GUNS . Obama has a recipe for civil war and breaking our country up to make us refugees like the rest of the poverty stricken world.
Already States are passing laws to MAKE candidates PROVE they are eligible to hold office.A movement is on to pass laws at the state level to reinforce the 9th and 10th amendments . Governors are prepared to refuse money for the PORKULUS bill and this could create a movement we last saw in 1860 . Our country is being stolen from us by the crooks in DC.Who will be the modern day Thomas Jefferson? It is coming , Holder wants your assault rifle not for fear you will commit a crime , but because he knows Americans will organize and try to overthrow " the TYRANNY OF GOVERNMENT "

5 Horrible weeks down 203 more weeks of corruption and lies to go . Let us all pray OBAMA makes it 4 years , if not the alternatives are terrible .
