2-13-09 7.42 AM Obama has promised time and time again to provide total transparency in his administration . Dozens of lawsuits have been filed to compel the Dictator Obama to reveal his ORIGINAL birth records.most have been dismissed for " lack of standing ". John McCain's birth records were investigated , yet Obama's records were never looked at .Gary Kreep of the U.S. Justice Foundation has subpoenaed records from Occidental college pertaining to Obama's attendance at that institution. These records would clarify if Barack OBAMA attend the university or if Barry Soetoro was the student in question .Did OBAMA attend on scholarship money intended for foreign students? Stuart W. Rudnick of Musick, Peeler & Garrett is the lawyer for Occidental college .Mr Rudnick contacted Fredric D. Woocher of Strumwasser & Woocher. Rudnick revealed via fax to Mr.Woocher "Inasmuch as the subpoena appears to be valid on its face, the College will have no alternative but to comply with the subpoena absent a court order instructing otherwise." Mr. Woocher is the lawyer representing Obama, and has replied and asked Mr . Kreep to withdraw his request. Mr. Woocher further advised Mr. Kreep that if he did not cease the actions of the ramifications . "Please be advised, in particular, that in the event we are forced to file a motion to quash and we prevail in that motion, we will seek the full measure of monetary sanctions provided for in the Code of Civil Procedures." Why does this matter ? Because ALAN KEYES ran for president in California and will likely be granted " standing " and his lawsuit will move forward .We constantly here how smart OBAMA is , yet he has never released his records ( more change he learned from AL GORE and John Kerry ).

Well, maybe. But there is no way that Occidental College can be forced to supply those records.

Why not?

Have you ever heard of the Buckley Amendment? It's long name is The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

It is a federal law that guarantees the privacy of student records.

And, it is interesting that the Buckley Amendment is named after Former US Senator James L. Buckley, who was William F. Buckley's older brother.
