INQUIRY OPENED IN DISMISSAL OF CHARGES AGAINST BLACK PANTHERS

Representative Lamar Smith has disclosed that The Justice Department's Office of Professional Responsibility has initiated an inquiry on the dismissal of charges against 3 Black Panthers , who allegedly intimidated voters on Election Day 2008.



In January, the Justice Department filed a civil complaint in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia against the New Black Panther Party after two of its members in black berets, black combat boots, black shirts and black jackets with military insignias purportedly intimidated voters with racial insults, slurs and a nightstick. A third party member was accused of managing, directing and endorsing their behavior.

The complaint said two NBPP members engaged in "coercion, threats and intimidation -- racial threats and insults -- menacing and intimidating gestures -- and movements directed at individuals who were present to vote."

Mr. Smith said the department's refusal to provide Congress with an explanation for the dismissal "only further raises concerns that political favoritism played a role in this case."

These 3 thugs were all but set to go to prison when ERIC ( I helped killed women and children at WACO with Janet Reno ) HOLDER had all the charges dropped .

One shouldnt be surprised that Obama and team would have this issue swept away. Today indictments were unsealed and ACORN workers were arrested in Florida. Perhaps its just me but I cant recall Bush or Cheney working for an organization that has had so many allegations of Voter fraud . ACORN was stupid enought to register Paul Newman after he was already dead !

Obama is to ( yes once again ) address the nation tonight .Listen closely to his words as he continues to blame BUSH and Cheney for all that is wrong .

Will Obama answer questions about Afghanistan ? Will he answer questions of how GM will have to re issue stock and garner a market cap of 67 BILLION ( GM never had a market cap of more than 53 million ) to pay back the money OBAMA wasted on their bailout ? Will TORT reform questions arise ? Will Obama go back on his promise not to sign a bill that does not include a " public option "? Will Obama field questions about VAN JONES ? Van has landed a job at the Center for American Progress?. John Podesta welcomes Van Jones back and he should have a corner office near Louis Caldera ( Caldera was the CZAR who resigned after the Air Force One fly over of NYC ) The Center for American Progress is an entity funded by GEORGE SOROS and Herbert and Marion Sandler ( you may remember these two crooks as the owners of Golden West Financial Corporation a shell company the Sandlers sucked BILLIONS out of with fraudlant Mortgages and walked away ..it was so bad Saturday Night Live was critical of these two in a skit ) Because Obama has always associated and been funded by the radical socialists , he merely takes the communists who have been exposed in his White House and moves them to CAP where they continue to chip away at our American way of life

When will the MEDIA report that VAN JONES had a majority of influence in writing the " STIMULUS BILL"? Obama is using a shadow government with radicals that are funded in elusive ways by the communists and socialists of the world, and JONES is but the first CZAR to be " outed" .

Will the Media NOW ask questiosn about each and every " CZAR " ?

When willwe find out the FBI did vett Jones and rejected him , only to be over ruled by RAHM EMANUEL or some other stooge in OBAMA LAND ?

Expect Obama to tell his usally corny jokes and scold FOX news for " targeting and demonizing "his appointees ........................

I think the real clincher will be in the analysis after the speech .

The Media will take a shot at SARAH PALIN , count on it because she has a very powerfull voice in America and she will release a rebuttal for Obama's Wednesday night installment of Propaganda and lies .The Media will likely claim she is not writing her own editorials ( funny how they will advance this notion as you clearly see 2 teleprompters in every OBAMA speech )
