General McChrystal sent Defense Secretary Robert Gates a war assessment on August 30th 2009. McChrystal said more U.S. troops are needed to defeat the insurgents in Afghanistan.
One month later we have 43 moms, dads ,and other relatives grieving for a loved one .
The Washington Post leaked the info on September 21.Obama has only spoke to the General 1 time in 70 days , but feels like he needs to delay his decision to send more troops until he can get an understanding of the situation .
Obama had a video conference with McChrystal , then jetted off to Denmark to make sure his corrupt cabinet members and cronies in Chicago profit from an Olympic village.
Profits will come in the form of new construction , where now condemned housing projects stand. Tony Rezko and Valerie Jarrett applied for federal funds to house low income residents.
What happened to the money ? Jarrett's project scored 11 out of 100

OKLAHOMA CITY BOMBING VIDEOS HAVE BLANK SPOTS

Jesse Trentadue is a Salt Lake City attorney who has invoked the Freedom of Information Act to make the government release the video tapes of the Oklahoma City bombing .Jesse Trentadue has a brother named Kenneth Trentadue ( now deceased) .
Kenneth Trentadue died at the Oklahoma City Federal Transfer Center in August 1995.Trentadue was picked up as a parole violator at his home in San Diego in June 1995.The official cause of Kenneth Trentadue's death is listed as suicide, but his body had 41 wounds and bruises that Jesse Trentadue believes could have come only from a beating.The theory here is that Kenneth Trentadue was mistaken for a bombing suspect and beat to death by the guards .
A judge in 2001 awarded Kenneth Trentadue's family $1.1 million for extreme emotional distress in the government's handling of his death.
Now that sounds like some one in the Government paid some money and hoped that would stop the questions.......
The tapes ALL have a blank spot before 9:02 a.m., when a truck bomb carrying a 4,000 pound fertilizer-and-fuel-oil bomb detonated in front of the building.
The official explanation? Government officials claim the security cameras did not record the minutes before the bombing because "they had run out of tape" or "the tape was being replaced."
"Four cameras in four different locations going blank at basically the same time on the morning of April 19, 1995. There ain't no such thing as a coincidence," Trentadue said.
It has taken 14 years for this to emerge?
Trentadue said he is seeking more tapes along with a variety of bombing-related documents from the FBI and the CIA. An FOIA request by Trentadue for 26 CIA documents was rejected in June. A letter from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, which reviewed the documents, said their release "could cause grave damage to our national security."
Makes sense to me really nothing has changed in 14 years and Terrorists could really be getting a hand up on the USA.

First the Disclaimer ...I am a life long ALABAMA FAN . I do not think SABAN is the right coach for Bama, but he has the team playing well. Week 4 is usually a tough week and this year was no exception , Tebow has been injured and his status remains unknown . 7 of the top 25 teams lost . I prefer the "coaches poll" as this is similar to the old " UPI " poll.As always the poll is full of weak teams with weak schedules .A few that really stand out are Boise State , TCU, Cincinnati,Kansas, Missouri, and Houston
Here is how I think the poll should look . Predictions for the final season rankings ( before conference championship games ) ,the final top 10 and Bowl Matchups. Week 5 will produce a few key matchups and clarify the races then .By picking at week 4 its more of a prediction and challenge .

I prefer the "coaches poll" as this is similar to the old " UPI " poll.As always the poll is full of weak teams with weak schedules .A few that really stand out are Boise State , TCU, Cincinnati,Kansas, Missouri, and Houston

Earlier today Plaxico Burress received 2 years in prison for his shooting himself in the thigh in a Manhattan night club .
Plaxico had a CCW permit in the state of Florida.Florida is widely acknowledged as the most thorough CCW permit process in the USA .This means Plaxico went through the proper process to carry a gun in Florida ,and passed the background check
Plaxico made a soft spoken apology before his sentence was handed down.
With time off for good behavior, Burress likely will serve 20 months. He could be released from prison as early as the spring of 2011 and will be monitored an additional two years after he is freed.
Burress hired a consultant to teach him how to use his time in prison productively.
Maybe this guy is truly sorry and will emerge unscathed from his vacation in the prison system .
Some may say the sentence is harsh, had the gun not discharged ( its a mystery to me how he dropped the weapon and it fired ..could it have been a SA colt .45 ACP?) it may well have been a different story .In most states ,even with a CCW permit guns are not allowed in nightclubs. Plaxico made serious error in judgment and it will cost him MILLIONS and he will carry the tag of " EX CON " for a long time .
Call me silly but I think maybe this guy truly regrets his actions and is remorseful.Plexico leaves a wife and a young son on the outside while he does time .I think it will be interesting to see how well he follows the " consultants " advice and what he does constructive with his 20 months .
Plexico has a real chance to emerge from prison and make a sincere, POSITIVE impact on some young minds .

ACORN Board Chairwoman Maude Hurd announced Tuesday that Former Massachusetts Attorney General Scott Harshbarger will lead the internal investigation into ACORN's activities.
ACORN'S chief organizer,Bertha Lewis announced on the " FOX NEWS SUNDAY " television program ( 9-20-2009) this would be announced on Monday .In all fairness to MS.Lewis she didnt specify WHICH Monday ...so ACORN ,may in fact be 6 days early!!
Bertha Lewis was asked point blank if she would open ACORN'S books open for review .
Her reply ? Some mumbling about staying busy doing her day to day activities and preventing children from eating paint .I think we can take that as " Only if they get a search warrant "

ANDREW BREITBART'S BIG SUPRISE

Who is Andrew Breitbart? Breitbart is a 40 year old conservative commentator for the Washington Post. Mr.Breitbart was once a researcher for Arianna Huffington, and helped her launch her website, The Huffington Post.
Breitbart is probably best known as his role as the editor of the Drudge Report. Breitbart also has the websites,Breitbart.com, Big Hollywood, and Big Government.
Big government is the site that James O'Keefe launched the series of ACORN VIDEOS . Breitbart made sure all the transcripts and un edited videos were posted on the site . The carefully laid trap was launched and they Liberal Spin Doctors fought each other to take the bait. Every day the spin came out , and within a day or so another video was released and made it very obvious the collusion within the so called " main stream media"
Breitbart has dropped several hints that he has a BLOCKBUSTER story he will release some time this week . Many have speculated what it might be.
What are the obvious guesses?
Actual video of an Acorn employee going to to the next step and submitting a fraudlulent mortgage application ? Perhaps, but that would be just another nail in the ACORN VIDEOS, and I think there is much more to be released on ACORN .
Could it be evidence that Obama did in fact ask NY Governor Patterson to stand down? Doubtful as this was " leaked " to quite a few in DC and then spread like the "swine flu". No that was a calculated move , and was sent to the " usual messengers"
Concrete evidence that OBAMAis going to conspire to create a " global currency " at the G-20 summit? Again probably in the works but as corrupt as the U.N. is that would be no surprise at all.
Hard evidence that shows that the White House has a hidden agenda to sensationalize " RACE " somehow? Even the idiots in this administration would not be stupid enough to leave that kind of evidence laying around .
I could go on ,and on .
Here are a few guesses.
1) Breitbart has documents, emails,audio , or some kind of hard evidence that OBAMA or one of his " inner circle " colluded with the MEDIA to suppress coverage . Might be the VAN JONES story I dont know
2) Some one inside the FBI or the White House has supplied info about improper vetting of Obama appointees or perhaps WATERBOARDING and what action was taken to suppress and cover it up . Again, Van Jones comes to mind but it might be another CZAR .
3) This is the one I really like Obama and staff are linked to promising NEWSPAPER BAILOUTS for the media ignoring critical stories about the current administration
Whatever it might be I think it is of WATERGATE proportions
It should be a bombshell and I think the trail leads back to RAHM and his morning strategy calls with people outside the White House ( James Carville , George Stephanopoulos , etc ) .

JIMMY CARTER'S REMARKS ABOUT RACISM

The " main stream media " seems to be able to ignore all the current events except Jimmy Carter's silly ramblings.
Andrea Mitchel chimed in on the matter on NBC.Andrea was kind enough to point to some vote totals from the 2008 Presidential Election ( % of white people who voted for Obama ) She then quoted a whopping 43% of Whites nation wide voted for Obama
Did she tell the % of white union members in these southern states? What about the Christian base ? The Pro life % ?
Here is how Obama got elected . Blacks voted for ANYONE other than a Conservative Republican. Conservative Whites voted for anyone other than a LIBERAL. Hispanics in South Florida and in Texas ( traditional republicans voters ) Voted for a DEMOCRAT.
Obama swayed the WHITES ( with the help of the UNIONS ) in PA and Ohio ...remember he only got 52% of the vote and many Conservatives didnt vote because they thought McCain was a poor choice .

Naturally the transcript of a June 16 hearing on industry practices before the Subcommittee of Oversight and Investigation of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce reveals a more focused look at this outrageous statement. The deceased's sister testified that the insurer reinstated her brother's coverage following intervention by the Illinois Attorney General's Office. She testified that her brother received a prescribed stem-cell transplant within the desired three- to four-week "window of opportunity" from "one of the most renowned doctors in the whole world on the specific routine," that the procedure "was extremely successful," and that "it extended his life nearly three and a half years."

In April 2009 , the United Steelworkers Union petitioned the trade commission to declare that the U.S. tire industry has been harmed by an increase in tire imports from China.
Makes sense to me Steel workers losing jobs because of cheap import tires ( The US tire makers CHOOSE NOT to make and market a entry level priced tire ).
World markets will tumble .Obama will declare " Health care reform is the only way to preserve our economic rebound" Mix in a little Fear , Uncertainty and Doubt " people will die if we do not act soon " ,and Rahm will be happy he created another " crisis " to exploit .
Of course the currency markets will sell the dollar off , China will raise prices on goods coming to America and the average consumer will be HURT.
The YEN/US dollar is LOW ....it traded at 90 Friday watch it go lower , and as it goes lower the price of OIL sky rockets .Can we blame CHENEY some how? How many in the media will point out that this STUPID strategy by OBAMA will raise GAS prices and create inflation ,and raise prices on EVERYTHING the American consumer buys ? Patricia Jessamy is the person in Maryland advancing rhetoric about the possible prosecution of James O'keefe for his role in filming the conspiracy of ACORN employees to perpetrate multiple felonies .

at Yale Law School entitled "The Constitution in 2020," which sought to change the nature and interpretation of the Constitution by that year.

Just before his appearance at the conference, Sunstein wrote a blog entry in which he explained he "will be urging that it is important to resist, on democratic grounds, the idea that the document should be interpreted to reflect the view of the extreme right-wing of the Republican Party."
In his book, Sunstein laid out what he wants to become the new bill of rights, which he calls the Second Bill of Rights:
Among his mandates are:
* The right to a useful and remunerative job in the industries or shops or farms or mines of the nation;

INQUIRY OPENED IN DISMISSAL OF CHARGES AGAINST BLACK PANTHERS
Representative Lamar Smith has disclosed that The Justice Department's Office of Professional Responsibility has initiated an inquiry on the dismissal of charges against 3 Black Panthers , who allegedly intimidated voters on Election Day 2008.
In January, the Justice Department filed a civil complaint in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia against the New Black Panther Party after two of its members in black berets, black combat boots, black shirts and black jackets with military insignias purportedly intimidated voters with racial insults, slurs and a nightstick. A third party member was accused of managing, directing and endorsing their behavior.
The complaint said two NBPP members engaged in "coercion, threats and intimidation -- racial threats and insults -- menacing and intimidating gestures -- and movements directed at individuals who were present to vote."
Mr. Smith said the department's refusal to provide Congress with an explanation for the dismissal "only further raises concerns that political favoritism played a role in this case."
These 3 thugs were all but set to go to prison when ERIC ( I helped killed women and children at WACO with Janet Reno ) HOLDER had all the charges dropped .
One shouldnt be surprised that Obama and team would have this issue swept away. Today indictments were unsealed and ACORN workers were arrested in Florida. Perhaps its just me but I cant recall Bush or Cheney working for an organization that has had so many allegations of Voter fraud . Rep. Charlie Rangel Gave Campaign Contributions To 3 Dems On Ethics Committee -- Charged With Investigating Him...

Charlie Rangel has the most powerful perch in Congress as head of the House Ways and Means Committee.
Rangel has just " remembered " a whole list of assets he has failed to disclose .
Congressman Rangel has been arrogant in refusing to discuss how, as the man who writes this country's tax laws, he failed to report over $1 million in outside income and $3 million in business transactions as required by the House.
Now it has been disclosed that Rangel gave campaign contributions to 3 of 5 members on the House Ethics Committee , that is investigating his " dirty deed"
Congressmen Ben Chandler of Kentucky, G.K. Butterfield of North Carolina and Peter Welch of Vermont. All have received donations from Rangel.
Welch has decided it might be prudent to give back the $ 20,000.00 he received from Rangel.
Shouldnt we be asking why these 3 have not recused themselves from the so called " investigation " ?
Why has Nancy Pelosi not put Good Ole Charlie on the sidelines until the investigation is complete ? Why has Obama not chastised Rangel ? After all we are under a grand new " transparent " administration aren't we ?
The question one has to ask one's self every day is " Where is the media and why are they not reporting on this " ?
Here is a great Idea..... lets round up 5 Republican SENATORS who have never taken money from Rangel and let them investigate his " omissions "
