A military judge at Guantanamo on Thursday rejected a White House request to suspend a hearing for a USS Cole bombing suspect, creating an unexpected challenge for the Obama administration.Judge James Pohl seems to think he should proceed with the trial of Abu al-Nashiri, the accused planner of the 2000 USS Cole attack in Yemen. How would you feel if your brave son , daughter or relative was killed 9 years ago and now OBAMA has set the wheels in motion for the mastermind of this cowardly attack to escape a trial and justice?
Pentagon spokesman Geoff Morrell seems to think he can snap his fingers and make the judge change his mind. Hmm perhaps the prosecutor will drop the charges and we will get this pathetic murder into a different venue.It is so obvious that if you do not agree with OBAMA then you will be called out and censored . ( maybe this is the transparency OBAMA babbles about ?)

Many congressmen remember the backlash of the 1994 " assault weapons ban " vote , they are not going to sign off on this STUPID , wastefull bill. Pelosi can pass this piece of trash without a single Republican vote .Why does Obama beg for the votes ? Because the economy in time will heal by the normal supply and demand cycle . By the time this process happens our country will be bankrupt from Pelosi's stupidity and yet she will claim credit for saving the country. Same thing with the GLOBAL warming .AL GORE testified today that we have 10 years until civilization MELTS from global warming and we need to pass the bail out plan NOW. WHY? because AL knows it's a farce , 650 climate Scientist have stated this PUBLICLY ( no the US media is covering this aspect of the story either ) AL knows if he can link himself to some BOGUS plan he can sit back and enjoy the NATURAL solar cycle and laugh as the world cools down . Things to watch for
1. Obama's illegal Aunt will not be deported,rather granted asylum and eventual citizenship and hailed as hero and a shining example of the " NEW WORLD CITIZEN "
2. Pelosi will launch yet another Spend and tax scheme to infuse money into the bankrupt state of California ( no need to read history books all the proof you need that socialism will never work can be observed in the far left , ultra liberal state of California )
