In fact this is but ONE of the EIGHT scheduled vacations Michelle will take this year.
Ok let's concede that Michelle is paying for her " own expenses " .
Is there really anything for her or her friends to actually pay for , that the taxpayers are not providing ?
Air Force 2 was the transport and the cost to operate it is about $56,500.00 per hour , ( derived from a congressional report for Representative Henry Waxman).
Add a cargo plane for cars and supplies at $ 7,000.00 per hour .
Marine Helicopter to get to Andrews AFB , or did they talk 3 Helo's that is SOP when the President travels?
At least 13 Secret Service Agents are seen in photographs. Add her 40 or so personal friends , Personal chef ,5 assistants , entourage, groupies,incognito lobbyists , foreign fund raisers,terrorist middlemen, etc. Easily more than 100 people .
Who is paying for her " friends "to fly ? Are the friends eating tax payer prepared meals with Michelle ?

A flight time of 7 hours EACH WAY for both planes would give us a cost of $889,000.00 for airfare alone .

2) LAS VEGAS .....Unemployment is SKY HIGH and Obama is not welcome there . PLUS, Harry REID is below 50% in the polls and even his own son omitted his surname ( REID ) in his bid for political office.
The last thing ANY Democrat in Nevada needs is OBAMA in town , and those two CROOKS wouldn't welcome it either .
Funny HUH ? You would think Obama and Reid would be arm in arm singing the praises of OBAMACARE .
3)California....Same economic and political situation as Nevada,the incumbent Democrat's are all below 50% in polling and they would leave town if Obama showed up.
4)Gulf Coast.....Obama promised to be all over the spill and even managed to make a few visits to the region ( with out playing golf ) . Obama didn't win the vote in this region and his botching of the oil spill , coupled with his continual lies, corruption, and anti-American actions ,makes sure he will garner less votes than in 2008.
Besides once Jimmy Buffet blamed BUSH , he needed a bigger security detail than Michelle took , just to go 5 miles to his free " bail out " concert . It would have cost more in SS agents for Michelle to visit the panhandle than SPAIN .
5)Arizona.....Eric Holder told Michelle she couldnt go there because BARRACK didn't have " VALID CITIZENSHIP PAPERS " ,and it could be a PR problem for Gibbs and the DOJ.
6)Missouri.....Branson might have been fun , but 70% of Missourians voted for a ballot initiative to REPEAL OBAMACARE . Besides Obama told Michelle that Claire McCaskill didn't need any distractions while she " re educated " the voters on OBAMACARE .
7)Texas.....Michelle Couldn't go there because BUSH lives there , and the press might actually bring up the fact that Bush vacationed there on a ranch HE OWNED , and didn't rob the tax payers for foreign vacations .
8)CHICAGO .....Blago trial is going on there,Rezko is no where to be found ,Alexi Giannoulias and his family bank are neck deep in scandal,LOANS , bailouts , and corruption tied to REZKO .
Besides, Chicago has the nation's most restrictive gun laws and the nation's highest murder rate .
9)NEW YORK CITY.....a full scale revolt is being organized in NYC about the MOSQUE being built near the site of 911.
Maybe OBAMA can put Khalid Sheikh Mohammed on trial once the MOSQUE is finished on 9-11-11?
10)The Hamptons.....Wait that's where all the rest of the Liberal Elite are this time in August , and besides " been there , done that , got the tee shirt " already .

UNINTENDED CONSEQEUNCES OF COURT RULING OF AZ .LAW SB 1070

US District Judge Susan Bolton ruled on the Arizona immigration law known as S.B.1070 .
Actually Judge Bolton issued a preliminary injunction , or " stay ".
Next stop for her ruling is the 9th ( most overturned circuit in America) circuit of appeals .
The 9th circuit will utilize the usual and customary flawed decision making the court is famous for , and the matter will be sent the Supreme Court.
Judge Bolton chose to IGNORE a law enacted by congress in 1996 know as 287 G
287 G authorizes States to investigate and arrest SUSPECTED illegal immigrants and turn them over to I.C.E.
The biggest flaw in the MEDIA LIES about the AZ. law is that FEDERAL LAW states that ANY law enforcement official has the authority to validate a person citizenship .
Read U.S.C. title 8 section 1304
This part of Federal law outlines the process to FINGER PRINT all immigrants into the United States , and defines the penalties for not having in one's possession PROOF that you are here LEGALLY .
Judge Bolton's assumption that if AZ. Law Enforcement were to check with the Federal Government on the immigration status of a detained criminal,would put an " undue burden on the government ", is TOTALLY FALSE !!
Judge Bolton did not strike the provision that allows law enforcement to investigate employers and their employees.

Cops cant ask about your immigration status if they arrest you , so if you stay home and collect WELFARE they have no way of knowing you are breaking the law ?

NOW,Virginia's Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has issued a legal opinion Friday saying state law enforcement officers are allowed to check the immigration status of anyone "stopped or arrested."
The Virginia ruling now makes this a 10th Amendment and 14th Amendment question .
Bolton's ruling states Law Enforcement officers can not be FORCED to participate in AZ. S.B. 1070.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, says the ruling really makes no difference as he has officers standing in line to VOLUNTEER to be on his task force .
Sheriff Joe was the head of the DEA in Arizona in a career that spanned 32 years .
Sheriff Joe runs a tight ship, and is still " going about business as usual ".
Sheriff Joe arrests the law breakers , houses them in a " tent city " ,and feeds them two meals per day . Each meal is comprised of a .25 cent bologna sandwich and some water . Entertainment is the weather channel and CSPAN.
The inmates are put on " hold " while they serve their sentence and THEN released to I.C.E.
Sheriff Joe has a good relationship with LOCAL ICE enforcement, but thinks that OBAMA and HOLDER may soon change that .

* ALL criminals arrested by local or State Law Enforcement that have been convicted and incarcerated for FEDERAL crimes SHOULD be released as they were NOT detained by FEDERAL officials.
This simply means all bank robbers, and drug dealers that were arrested and the FED'S were not involved were arrested do to the " flawed language of S.B. 1070 should be released !
In fact any law that was a Federal law before it was a state law would be treated this way.
* ALL sanctuary cities and the Mayors and others involved should be arrested and convicted as they have violated Federal immigration law also.
* Lawsuits , surely black inmates convicted of drug sales were " racially profiled" and therefore their convictions and UNJUST also.

* How about the fact that NO ONE could be required to present their Driver's License if stopped by Police ?
* No more photo ID to rent movies , buy alcohol or tobacco?

* NO more ID checks for anything , bank loans , car tags , movie rentals , etc.

Don't look now but Andrew Breitbart has set the wheels in motion once again for a blockbuster story that will bring shame to the Democratic operatives that peddle propaganda to the American public .
Ben Jealous ( can anybody believe this guy's name ?) Proudly announced to a group of ideologic NAACP supporters that the " T.E.A. " party was racist.
Breitbart, then released a short video of Shirley Sherrod .
The video went " viral " as they say , and the rest will be history in a week or so.
Was the video clip part of a longer video and possibly out of context ?

Breitbart is the one guy who has really ushered in the " 24/7 news cycle "
Breitbart was instrumental in starting up both the " Huffington Post " ,and " Drudge Report " websites .
Breitbart leaked videos SLOWLY over a period of WEEKS and with the Help of James and Hannah brought ACORN to it's knees .
Do not be as foolish to think that Breitbart didn't view the whole video and know exactly the contents of the Sherrod speech.

SCHUMER ACCUSES BP OF ABETTING RELEASE OF LOCKERBIE BOMBER or IT'S CHENEY'S FAULT THIS TIME "

NBC'S " Today Show " led off this morning with a brief interview with Senator
Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y. and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y.
Schumer has leveled allegations that B.P lobbied the U.K. Government for the early release of convicted TERRORIST bomber, Abdelbeset Ali Mohmed al Megrahi.

Al Megrahi was convicted for the bombing of Pan Am flight 103,which exploded over the Scottish town of Lockerbie four days before Christmas in 1988, killing all 259 of those aboard the plane and 11 Scots on the ground.
President Obama's reaction ?
Of those on board, 189 were Americans. The U.S. government responded immediately to word of al Megrahi's release, saying it "deeply regrets" the decision.
The White House issued this statement :
"As we have expressed repeatedly to officials of the government of the United Kingdom and to Scottish authorities, we continue to believe that Megrahi should serve out his sentence in Scotland,"
So does this IMPLY that the US knew of the negotiations and just kind of sat by ?
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton chimed in and had this to say :
"Today, we remember those whose lives were lost on December 21, 1988, and we extend our deepest sympathies to the families who live each day with the loss of their loved ones due to this heinous crime" .
Khadafy's son Saif , made sure Al Megrahi received a Hero's welcome when he landed in Libya .
BP has admitted that it lobbied the British government over a prisoner transfer deal with Libya in late 2007, but denied playing any role in the actual decision to release al-Megrahi nearly two years later.

NBC'S " Today Show " led off this morning with a brief interview with Senator
Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y. and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y.
Schumer has leveled allegations that B.P lobbied the U.K. Government for the early release of convicted TERRORIST bomber, Abdelbeset Ali Mohmed al Megrahi.

Al Megrahi was convicted for the bombing of Pan Am flight 103,which exploded over the Scottish town of Lockerbie four days before Christmas in 1988, killing all 259 of those aboard the plane and 11 Scots on the ground.
President Obama's reaction ?
Of those on board, 189 were Americans. The U.S. government responded immediately to word of al Megrahi's release, saying it "deeply regrets" the decision.
The White House issued this statement :
"As we have expressed repeatedly to officials of the government of the United Kingdom and to Scottish authorities, we continue to believe that Megrahi should serve out his sentence in Scotland,"
So does this IMPLY that the US knew of the negotiations and just kind of sat by ?
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton chimed in and had this to say :
"Today, we remember those whose lives were lost on December 21, 1988, and we extend our deepest sympathies to the families who live each day with the loss of their loved ones due to this heinous crime" .
Khadafy's son Saif , made sure Al Megrahi received a Hero's welcome when he landed in Libya .
BP has admitted that it lobbied the British government over a prisoner transfer deal with Libya in late 2007, but denied playing any role in the actual decision to release al-Megrahi nearly two years later.
For almost a year the Obama administration has let this sleeping dog lie .
Now it wants to rattle it's sabre and re visit this item ?
Senator Gillibrand told NBC’s TODAY SHOW , that the U.K. government should investigate what role the company played in the decision to free Abdel Baset al-Megrahi in August 2009.
"We want a moratorium on the drilling [by BP] off Libya's coast. We believe BP should not be allowed to drill until we have resolution of this,"
So , it is really all about stopping drilling and CAP N TAX !!!!

E. Eric Holder's traitorous actions.Holder has DENIED subpoena's from the Civil Rights Commission , and the CRC has written Holder a letter demanding he produce the lawyers, and launch an investigation of those involved in the white wash of voter intimidation by the " New Black Panther Party ".

G. NASA chief Charles Bolden had to retract his statement that Obama directed him to " outreach to the Muslim world ". Bolden now asks all questions be directed to the White House . Dennis Miller summed it up by saying " We are talking about a country that buries women up to the neck in the sand and throws rocks at them", and " The Muslims will be interested in space when Israel has an outpost on the moon , they will bomb "Space " .
H. NAACP and the Black Caucus have both proclaimed the " TEA PARTY " as racist.
Never mind that, New Black Panther "King" Samir Jabazz , in his own videotaped words, screams " You want freedom? You gonna have to kill some crackers, kill some babies "

Schumer is all but too glad to play politics ,and strengthen his ascent as Speaker of the House once Reid is thrown out of office .
This is really ,just, a NOT so Clever attempt to weaken BP ,and gain momentum to stop ALL offshore oil drilling in U.S. waters.
Harming B.P. will only make them move their assets and declare B.P. North America insolvent and thus make B.P. unable to pay for the damages in the gulf ( Obama wants this as he will nationalize the oil industry like his comrade Chavez has done in Venezuela!

1. Why is Chuck not asking about the racial bias at the DOJ?
2. How does Soros and Petrobras benefit from this ?
3. Why is there no uproar on the recent proof that convicted felons were allowed to vote and thus elect Al Franken?
4. Where are all the " " Big oil conspiracists " that pounded Bush and Cheney on a daily basis ? Why are they not asking questions of this regime and its ties to " big oil " ?
5. Why does Holder NOT have time to investigate the N.B.P. , but is considering sticking his nose into blacks in Alabama being denied the " right " to play slot machines ( bingo ) ? Clearly this is a STATE issue and gambling is ILLEGAL in Alabama.
6. Why has Nancy Pelosi REFUSED to submit a budget to OBAMA? Could this have anything to do with the NOvember elections ?
