Chuck Todd re assured ( SPEWED PROPAGANDA authored by AXELROD ) voters that Sarah Palin , should receive little credit for her underdog ( double digits) candidate posting a 2,000 vote lead in Alaska ,with about 2,300 votes left to count.
Likewise, Todd explained , McCain proves that it's not an anti incumbent movement , or a huge rejection of OBAMA and his radical agenda, more that ,well he never made that clear . What he didnt say is " wow lots of people if they had it to do over would have voted for McCain ".

Obama proposes that capital gain and income from dividends be taxes at 20 % ( an increase of 5% ) for the top two tax brackets , and ZERO tax for people making below $63,500 annually ).Rates stay the same for everyone else .

That should encourage the guy working at Wal Mart to invest his whole paycheck in the market, or Make small business owners flee the market in droves?

Most of the people that OBAMA calls " greedy rich people " , own their onw business and will simply buy more expensive company vehicles and attend more TRADE SHOWS to whittle their profit down and still make sure they get all the nice things in life .

Minimum wage family will see a 18.53% tax increase vs. the 17.57% increase family that makes 260K a year.


Who gets hit the hardest in Obama's " SHARE The WEALTH PLAN "?

Individuals making between 25K to 75K , and families making between 45K and 90K per year .
That just about covers everyone not on welfare and doesn't own their own business .

A single taxpayer making over 200K a year will see an increase of 15%-16% compare that to the individual making 36K ( 22.3%) , or the individual making 55K ( 18%).

Families earning 260K a year ( just over Obama's greedy rich people hump) will pay 17.57 % more in taxes .
Compare that to the increase in tax rates for a family earning 56K a year ( 24.32%),

Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity were both absent Tuesday from their jobs .

Perhaps, they took the day off ?

Maybe they went to Martha's vineyard to have a beer with Obama ?

Rush lives in Florida, perhaps they were co- counsel for Tiger's ex wife in her divorce proceeding ?

Could master strategist KARL ROVE ,be hard at work and about to unleash a brilliant plan that would put Obama on the run , and expose the biased LIBERAL media all in one felt swoop ?

What would a carefully crafted announcement , released at the precise moment , do to energize the MILLIONS of hard working Americans that are fed up with the corruption in D.C. ?


Rove is adept at reading the cards and releasing bits of information that fan the flames , like pouring gasoline on a bonfire.

How about an announcement that Hannity is mulling a run for President and " Anonymous sources" indicate that Sarah Palin would be his running mate?

A statement like this is open ended , allows both Hannity and Palin to make comments like " Well I don't know what the future holds for me " .

Such a statement , released to coincide with bad economic data ( like more rising un employment ) , would put Obama in a corner .

Properly played this strategy can always be dismissed later as ,"idle chatter" .

Would Obama just avoid reporters like he has been doing ? open his mouth without the teleprompter and make a gaff that would make BIDEN proud?

Would Axelrod and Plouffe devise some not so clever quasi speech that would blow up in the administration's face ?

Obama decided it was politically expedient to take his wife MOOCHELLE and child to the " GULF COAST " for a whopping 25 hours .
This trip was expensive and a staged photo opp sprinkled with some subtle propaganda .

Obama had the press corps rounded up and held in the hotel lobby , while he " took a swim in the Gulf "
Problem is he swam at ALLIGATOR POINT , which is ST ANDREWS BAY , and not the Gulf of Mexico .
The gulf is many miles away across the Hathaway Bridge , and you guessed it a man died in the Gulf swimming the same day Obama took his " BAY DIP "

Obama never takes a vacation without making a statement that offends the majority of Americans , and this SHORT trip was no exception .

Captain of the Propaganda Army , Robert Gibbs has for days refused to comment on the
issue of the proposed mosque in N.Y.C. ,declaring " it is a local matter " .


Obama had a PRE WRITTEN statement that he recited via TOTUS at the RAMADAN dinner the night before he took AirForce One to Panama City ( convenient to make a statement then take a jet out of town ?)
To be fair , this dinner has being going on for years and is not a product of Obama's pro Muslim agenda .

Saturday morning Obama realized he had made a HUGE mistake and issued another statement that said , what he said Friday night , was really not what the said at all.
Saturday night a White House junior deputy propaganda minister issued another statement saying the second statement was in no way backing off the original statement.

Total time on the ground is going to be 26 hours and 50 minutes .

The cost of running Air Force ONE ( 56 THOUSAND ) and the cargo support plane ( 7 THOUSAND ) to take the limo is about 63 THOUSAND dollars an hour .

The distance between Andrews Air Force Base and Tyndall Air Force base is 793 miles each way . Travel time should be about 1.5 hours each way .

Let's not forget to add the 3 helicopters the MARINES will use to get the Antoinette family from the BASTILLE to Andrews Air Force Base .

190 THOUSAND DOLLARS for a 27 hour trip ?
Plus , personal chef , Secret Service details ( 3 shifts ) ,spokespeople , personal assistants, Terrorist fund raisers, and other assorted entourage .

Once Obama lands at Tyndall it will take him a few minutes to greet the base Commander ( any chance CHRIST will be there ..suuuuuuuuuure ) , the SS to get the vehicles unloaded and prepped for travel.

JOBS BILL SAVES 160 THOUSAND JOBS FOR TEACHERS or ANOTHER LIE TO COVER UP THE TYRANNY OF OBAMACARE

Nancy Pelosi had " the most ethical Congress EVAH " , fly back to D.C. to pass the " Jobs Bill " to the tune of 26 BILLION .

Where did the money come from ?
Obama claims it doesn't increase the deficit because cuts from the FOOD STAMP program pay for it.
OK . The bill is 26 BILLION , and the food stamp cuts are 12 BILLION.
But , Hold on a minute , don't worry about the 41 million people on food stamps because the cuts are not scheduled to begin until 2014 .

That's pretty clear huh ? Write a check for 26 BILLION, Promise in 4 years to pay 12 BILLION of it from an entitlement ( NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN ) program, and the rest of it some how , magically just appears into the checking account .

Dig deeper, and you find out that 300,000 jobs this 26 BILLION is going to save is , uhmm more like 160 ,000.

Here is the breakdown :
10 BILLION goes toward saving teacher's jobs .
16 BILLION goes towards MEDICAID .

Yes , Virginia, the " JOBS BILL " is really a wolf called " DOC FIX " dressed up and disguised as a " pig with lipstick " and called a " JOBS BILL " .

The 16 Billion that goes to MEDICAID , vividly shows that OBAMA and his gang of corrupt cronies and followers lied about DOC FIX , the cost of OBAMACARE , and manipulated , then suppressed the CBO estimate on OBAMACARE .
The HUGE SAVING that were to be realized , you see, are being paid for in a JOBS BILL .

OBAMA promised to " wait at least 72 hours " before signing a bill into law so the AMERICAN PEOPLE could read and understand the bill.
The UNION made ink wasn't even dried before OBAMA signed the bill into law , and paid his Union Puppet Masters another 10 BILLION installment on their extortion program .

SO we have a 26 BILLION dollar JOBS BILL that saves 300,000 jobs , yet only 10 BILLION is actually used , and it only funds 160,000 jobs .

Here is how that works . The 16 Billion goes to pay the shortfall in MEDICAID .
This 16 BILLION is PART of the money Pelosi and Reid cut out of OBAMACARE to " make the numbers work " and get the cost below ONE TRILLION DOLLARS .

So we take the 16 BILLION and pay back the money we axed out of the budget ( and it's still not enough money ) , and the money that is SAVED , will go towards keeping cops and firefighters on the job .
See how easy that is ? First we saves 160,000 jobs , and then we " cook the books " , and save 140,00 more jobs .

Don't be confused , D.C. had ALREADY made a budget that would give the states the 16 BILLION , then they cut it out to make OBAMACARE work , now they give the 16 BILLION back in the form of a JOBS BILL .
So, the money that was earmarked to go to MEDICAID , still goes to MEDICAID , and the money that was " SAVED " , is now going to be used to pay for " DOC FIX " and the American citizens are told it's a SAVINGS , that is used to pay for 140,000 jobs .

Look at it another way, Take a ONE gallon bottle of water and pour it into TWO 1/2 gallon job .
Take all 3 bottles and walk across the room . Now pour the TWO 1/2 gallon jugs back into the ONE gallon jug .

You have just CREATED TWICE as much water and created a whole bunch ( hundreds of thousands ) of jobs .

Jobs ( not an all inclusive list but a good many ) that were created :
All the jobs in the oil field to find , drill and get the oil to the well.
All the jobs used to create the clothes , food , and the cars and boats to support the workers on the oil rig.

All the jobs created to find and mine and transport the ore to to the steel mill that will supply the ship builder with steel to build the ship that will transport the oil from the well.
All the jobs used to create the clothes , food and the cars and boats to support the steel mill .
All the jobs created to make the steel and transport it to the ship builder .
Jobs created by plastic pellet company making plastic pellets .
All the jobs created by the company that makes the plastic jug .
All the jobs that are at the water utility .

You can see that it takes THOUSANDS of jobs to make the clothes , food, and transportation to get each worker in each industry to the job site .

And to think in a matter of a few minutes you just DOUBLED those JOBS by pouring water from a larger container into two smaller containers , then back into the larger container .

In reality , you didn't create any water or jobs , it is all just PROPAGANDA !!

Alabama receives 282 MILLION .
133 MILLION (47%) goes towards MEDICAID .
149 MILLION (53%) goes towards EDUCATION .

The state had expected to receive 197 MILLION from the Federal Government for MEDICAID .
That is a 64 MILLION dollar short fall .
NO money was SAVED as the state was ALREADY on tap to receive the money ( AND 64 MILLION MORE ) .
Now , the state has a 64 MILLION dollar deficit to make up .

According to the PROPAGANDISTS in D.C. and the COMPLICIT media , heck all kinds of money was SAVED , and TONS of jobs were " saved or created " .

Bottom line is the IDIOTS in D.C. stole 26 BILLION dollars, and now they steal it from another stack of money, ( the money really doesn't exist , as it is all bonds, or promises or vouchers to repay some day )and try to pass it off as SAVING the taxpayer money.

February 4, 2010----- Governor Riley schools A.G. Troy King on several points of law pertaining to the " charitable bingo amendment " that Country Crossroads is operating under . The issue of the machine really doesn't matter because Country Crossroads is violating these elements :
"The operation of bingo games for prizes or money by certain nonprofit organizations and certain private clubs for charitable, educational or other lawful purposes shall be legal in Houston County."

No where does the amendment say its purpose is "generally to allow bingo," or use any language to suggest that intent. If that were the purpose of the amendment, surely it would say that.

As for as paying employees, the amendment says this:
"One hundred percent of the net revenues derived from operating bingo games shall be designated and expended for charitable or educational purposes."

And this: "No nonprofit organization or club may pay consulting fees, any compensation or salary to any individual or entity for any services performed relating to operating or conducting any bingo game."

February 5, 2010----- Greenetrack surrenders liquor license . Give the Greenetrack owners their due , as they discovered this important loophole and closed it :
"AnyABC Board licensee expressly consents and authorizes agents of the ABCBoard, as well as other commissioned law enforcement officers havingproper jurisdiction, at any time, to enter and search the premises,observe the operation, and otherwise enforce state laws, and rules andregulations of the ABC Board in or about said premises, without awarrant," the state said in a court brief filed Tuesday in Macon County.

Ron Sparks who has been a vocal proponent of legalized gambling announced he has paid back a 500K loan.AP story Not a remarkable story in itself, but according to banking experts , Sparks does not have the assets to get a loan of that size....because he had not reported large assets or large amounts of income on the annual financial disclosure statements he filed with the State Ethics Commission, and it was unclear how he could afford to loan his campaign $500,000.
Sparks would not explain initially what financial assets supported the loan and why they didn't show up on his ethics statements.


May 21, 2010-----Supreme Court rules against Troy King and says Riley and task force are legal.
The court ruled that Gov. Bob Riley had the authority to appoint that task force and the authority to continue to run it. "The council (task force) authorized by the governor had the right to represent the state in this case and to see it through to completion." This and the voters who voted against King in the primary means Mr. King is now on the sidelines until at least 2011.

June 30,2010-----Circuit Judge Eddie Hardaway Jr. blocks task force raid at Greenetrack. Never mind the Supreme Court just ruled it was lawful. Judge Hardaway is not the only Judge in Alabama to set his own rules. Judge Hardaways is not even the only judge in the United States to make his own laws and rule as he wants and not as the law dictates. This is a BIG PROBLEM in America today . WE see it in AZ, NJ< and yes even against the will of the voters in California.
A spokesman for Gov. Bob Riley reacted angrily at Hardaway's latest rulings.

"We have a judge who is clearly and flagrantly ignoring the Alabama Supreme Court," Riley's communications director, Jeff Emerson, said in a statement. "Apparently, Judge Hardaway believes there is one law for him and Greenetrack and another for everyone else. It's clear he believes he does not have to pay attention to what the Supreme Courts says. When a judge ignores the orders of the Supreme Court, it threatens our entire judicial system, and that judge has got to go."

Greenetrack is shut down. Local leaders have decried racism and complained that law enforcement has disbanded the county's largest employer. Perhaps the civic leaders can get lawyers and help all the pimps and drug dealers to get out of prison also ? The law -- 8-1-150 -- says contracts founded upon gambling are void. "Any person who has paid any money or delivered any thing of value lost upon any game or wager may recover such money, thing, or its value by an action commenced within six months from the time of such payment or delivery," according to the law.

Federal Judge Algenon L. Marbley has dismissed a case Joe Wurzelbacher had filed against Helen Jones-Kelley, Doug Thompson and Fred Williams.


The trio all worked for Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.

JOE was in his front yard when Obama and an army of propagandists ( disguised as news media ) walked up and asked Joe if he would like to ask Obama a question .

Judge Marbley was appointed by Bill Clinton .
Marbley dismissed the suit, saying that Mr. Wurzelbacher did not prove sufficient harm resulting from the incident, citing cases in which plaintiffs suffered more significant harm to their career or reputation.

The trio devised and executed a plan to check Joe's child support , tax return ,and other records that are PRIVATE , then released this information to the complicit news media .
