The Supreme Court will hear a case involving the release of a movie entitled
"“Hillary: The Movie”
The stakes are high .
At issue is whether the court should overrule a 1990 decision, Austin v. Michigan Chamber of Commerce, which upheld restrictions on corporate spending to support or oppose political candidates. Re-arguments in the Supreme Court are rare, and the justices’ decision to call for one here may have been prompted by lingering questions about just how far campaign finance laws, including McCain-Feingold, may go in regulating campaign spending by corporations.

Glenn Beck has dared do what other so called " responsible journalists" have not .Beck has raised the question of how Obama appointed a self admitted communist CZAR ( ironic how we call them czar's and they are actually communists isn't ?)
Beck has brought attention to VAN JONES the " Green Czar " .Jones was the leader and founder of a radical group, the communist revolutionary organization Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement, or STORM.Van Jones is also co-founder of ColorofChange.org. Once the " crazy bloggers and internet web sites " discovered Jones affiliations, his manifesto on the website was quickly removed .Why would they remove it ? Is Obama grooming him for the next Supreme Court Justice position ?

A New bill being proposed by Sen. Jay Rockefeller ( D ) would do just that !!.This is newer version of bill that was previously co sponsored by RINO Olympia Snowe (R-Maine) . You may remember the mis guided Snowe as one of 3 senators to vote FOR Obama's wastefull and foolish TARP bill.
The 55 page draft for the proposed bill includes provisions to permit the president to seize temporary control of private-sector networks during a so-called cybersecurity emergency.
The president would be able to declare a " cybersecurity emergency" relating to "non-governmental" computer networks and do what's necessary to respond to the threat. Other sections of the proposal include a federal certification program for "cybersecurity professionals," and a requirement that certain computer systems and networks in the private sector be managed by people who have been awarded that license.
Probably the most controversial language begins in Section 201, which permits the president to "direct the national response to the cyber threat" if necessary for "the national defense and security." The White House is supposed to engage in "periodic mapping" of private networks deemed to be critical, and those companies "shall share" requested information with the federal government. ("Cyber" is defined as anything having to do with the Internet, telecommunications, computers, or computer networks.)
There's no provision for any administrative process or review. Abuse of power here is certain!!!
If your company is deemed "critical," a new set of regulations kick in involving who you can hire, what information you must disclose, and when the government would exercise control over your computers or network.
Folks this is the first step in positioning Government appointees to monitor and censor our freedom of speech on the internet .
One has to wonder how the White House which has failing scores on the cybersecurity of Government websites ..could expect anyone to believe they could secure the private sector
Seriously the White House can not even control it's own SPAM or figure out how the SPAM it directs outbound is happening( Oh they know they are just not going to reveal it )

Some in the media have decided to take on Glenn Beck.( I do not watch his program ) Beck has been reporting on VAN JONES ....a self admitted communist and black nationalist leader.Jones is Obama's "green jobs czar" .Van Jones is co-founder of Color of Change , ( no obvious racists inferences here ) the activist organization that has been leading a furious campaign against Beck. Jones' group claims it has secured commitments from 36 companies who have pledged not to advertise on Beck's show, including Wal-Mart and Sprint. But most of the companies did not advertise on Beck's program to begin with. They simply purchased general advertising time on Fox News. The cable network says the companies will continue their advertising on the network .
Representatives of Procter & Gamble and AT&T – listed by Color of Change as companies that had signed onto the boycott – told the Los Angeles Times last week their companies did not run spots on Beck's program to begin with.
"The advertisers referenced have all moved their spots from Beck to other programs on the network so there has been no revenue lost," a Fox News spokeswoman said.
The funny thing is if ANY of these companies chose to advertise on rival shows that air against the FOX lineup no one would see them .
Why is a self admitted Communist an Obama appointee? Ted Kennedy has passed away .This should conclude the decades of corruption the Kennedy family has wielded in our government.Caroline was disqualified earlier ,and most of the nephews are accused or convicted murderers or rapists.
Joseph Kennedy made his fortune as a bootlegger during Prohibition. It is reasonable to believe that JOE blackmailed the same officials he bribed during prohibition to gain power and political clout , which he passed along to his sons . Ted should have rotted in jail for the vehicular homicide of Mary Jo Kopechne at Chappaquiddick .The word Chappaquiddick became synonymous with deception and abuse of power.How could a 38 year old man drive his vehicle off a bridge ,resulting in a passenger drowning , then turn himself in 10 hours later and never be charged ?
Members of John F. Kennedy administration arrived in Hyannisport to write the apology . Local official were no doubt aware that crossing the PRESIDENT of the USA would be political suicide ( if not real suicide ..just ask Marilyn )Throw in a few paper bags stuffed full of cash and delivered by the union thugs and you get a free pass.

Ted was instrumental in getting the law changed when Mitt Romney was governor of Massachusetts, to prevent Romney from appointing a CONSERVATIVE replacement for the US Senate .Last week Ted sent his goons out to have the law changed again, so the Governor could APPOINT a replacement rather than hold an election to find a replacement for Kennedy's seat .This is the HEIGHT of hypocracy! Should we really expect anything less than this from Ted ?
Ted should have stepped down from his Senate seat long ago. He is never in DC and to sick to vote , this is not serving his constiuents , but rather penalizing them .Power often breeds greed and corruption ,and since Ted was genetically pre disposed to all 3 he succombed very early and easily .
The passing of a human life is sad and I do not rejoice that Ted is dead , although I am glad his corrupt reign of power has come to an end .47 years is way to long for a corrupt,greedy man of NO character to be influencing our country .

Bobby Lowder resigned from Colonial bank in June.Simuel Sippial JR was named Chairmen of Colonial Bank on June 3 2009.Sippial's appointment puzzled many because he had retired from IBM over 20 years ago and didnt have a traditional banking background.Friday August 14 2009 federal regulators seized Colonial Bank and turned it over to BB&T .Will BB&T relocate people to the massive state of the art facility Lowder built for Colonial Bank in 2006? One thing is for sure,THOUSANDS will lose their job over this failed bank.Colonial is the largest bank to fail in 2009 and will drain 2.8 BILLION out of the 13 BILLION the FDIC has set aside for bank failures. Now for the part your not going to be told.FOB JAMES was governor of Alabama once and when he ran for re election he stated his first act in his new term would to be an investigation of corruption at AUBURN University by Bobby Lowder.Jimmy Rane has about 450 THOUSAND shares of COLONIAL BANK shares and is a huge booster and advertiser for the Auburn football program . I estimate Rane's loss to be over 5 MILLION .Ranes along with Lowder are deeply invovled in the Auburn football program and control the whole university.Lowder gathered influential Auburn boosters and local businessmen when Colonial bank stock hit 6 dollars.Bobby convinced them to pour MILLIONS of their own money into his bank by purchasing shares .The shares surged to 8 dollars then quickly fell to below 3 dollars and from there traded in a range of 40 cents to $1.50.Lowder has ripped a lot of people off ,and the FBI is every where looking for rats.Lowder will be taken down by his friends and enemies inside of Auburn University , they will serve him up to the feds .Lowder was heavily involved in the ERIC RAMSEY scandal and hid behind his frat brothers to make deals and communicate with coaches at Auburn so he could not be connected to the payments made to players . Now things are different and these same friends and business associates will be receiving visits from those nice guys in the blue suits and dark sunglasses.

MICHEAL VICK'S SHORT NFL COMEBACK

The NFL has been as kind to extend an olive branch to Convicted Felon Michael Vick.Don't be fooled this is mere posturing on behalf of the NFL.
Look ahead and think what game day is going to be like .
PETA will be there, other groups will join them and people who would never protest will join this cause .Sponsers and advertisers will flee like a Democrat Senator flees a town hall meeting on Heath Care Reform . How will CBS,ESPN,FOX,NBC and any other network deal with it ? Will they refuse to televise the games because the Fortune 500 Corporations will not advertise? Will your local affiliate refuse to televise any Eagles games . Will the Networks have to hire legions of workers to respond to the complaints and hate mail? How would Network executives feel about crossing the PICKET LINES outside the Studio every Monday Morning ? Will Lincoln Financial remove it's name from the Stadium? Which Corporation would be stupid enough to put their name on the stadium once Lincoln Financial bails out ?
What about the Lawsuits ? Will the Eagles sue for lack of TV revenue? How about other teams that are already scheduled to play the Eagles on TV and find out they are going to miss out on the revenue cause the game is removed from the airwaves ? How about the fans how many could boycott AND file lawsuits ?How will this play out for DIRECT TV and its NFL package ? How will the ROAD games be handled? Will Jerry Jones be happy he is paying an extra MILLION dollars for added security when the Eagles come to town? Lawyers are already putting deposits down for mega yachts.Imagine all the pain and suffering lawsuits from the NEGLIGENCE on the NFL and Owners that didnt " anticipate and provide adequate measures to ensure the patron's safety" ?
Anyone remember how Joe Theisman ended his career? Vick will attract a penalty on every play that he is tackled .Will VICK be eligible to be inducted into the Hall of Fame if he plays long enough and has the on field performance to warrant it ?
Police will have to work overtime inside and outside the stadium for all the fist fights that erupt.It is simply a Public relations nightmare . Who will pay for it all ? With the Economy in shambles the local PD doesnt have resources for overtime for this kind of silliness .Will municipalities try to charge the NFL owner for the overtime ? Will local civic leaders in turn sue the city for wasting city funds that could have fed the unemployed or provided help for energy bills for children that live in a home with no heat because neither parent has a job ? ?
Best of all we will see AL SHARPTON , and JESSE Jackson and a host of others who make their lively hood from igniting and fanning the flames of racism .How long before good ole AL reveals info that WHITE rednecks invented the whole dog fighting sport and VICK is merely a victim here ?

The NFL is simply allowing VICK to be signed and then public opinion remove him from the game .The NFL saves 100's of MILLIONS from potential legal fees , lost ticket sales and lost ad revenue .
The NFL will release a statement that reads something like this " The NFL generously gave Michael Vick a second chance . The public out rage and safety of the fan outweighs any benefit MR VICK brings to the game .To preserve the integrity of the game and safety of the fans we are going to suspend MR VICK indefinitely and he may re apply in 3 years before a board of regents to assess THE viability of his return to the game ". My bet is VICK never takes a snap in areal game this season, or any other season .
