Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla. has ordered an investigation into the alleged suppression of a report by the Environmental Protection Agency's that questioned the science behind global warming.
EPA analyst Alan Carlin, co-authored the 98-page report. Carlin exposed the whole myth of global warming . Carlin told the socialists inside the OBAMA REGIME that the information the EPA was using was out of date, and that even as atmospheric carbon dioxide levels have increased, global temperatures have declined.Internal e-mails show that Carlin's boss told him in March that his material would not be incorporated into a broader EPA finding and ordered Carlin to stop working on the climate change issue.
Carlin was given the choice of re assignment or losing his job."It was reassigning you or losing my job, and I didn't want to lose my job," Carlin said, paraphrasing what he claimed were McGartland's comments to him. "My inference (was) that he was receiving some sort of higher-level pressure."

The other scandal is the firing of federal Inspector General Gerald Walpin. St. HOPE had received an $850,000 AmeriCorps grant, which was supposed to go for three purposes: tutoring for Sacramento-area students; the redevelopment of several buildings; and theater and art programs.

Yesterday the Supreme Court ruled Monday that white firefighters in New Haven, Conn., were unfairly denied promotions because of their race, reversing a decision that high court nominee Sonia Sotomayor endorsed as an appeals court judge.
Sen. Patrick Leahy, chairman of the Judiciary Committee, said the Supreme court is wrong and Sotomayer is a great judge , BLAH BLAH BLAH .

Thursday we saw two well know " celebrities" pass away. Farrah Fawcett and Micheal Jackson. One died from a lengthy battle with cancer , the other it is thought died from a combination of prescription drug abuse. One had a career that had roles that brought attention to domestic abuse , the tragic fight with cancer and voice overs for children's cartoons.The other had a career that was tainted with accusations of child molestation , and now drug abuse.One was never the center of controversy and the other was always the controversy . One will slowly fade from the front page and the internet.The other will be immortalized for weeks ,and compared to ICONS like Elvis and Jackie Robinson . We live in a world where nut cases who undergo numerous cosmetic surgeries and undertake all the vile actions of a Pedophilic child molesters are glorified. The World is a much better place now that Michael Jackson is gone , perhaps one more child has been spared the trauma of being molested by a 50 year old freak that bleached his skin and altered his appearance to look like an ALIEN. Jackson had no real talent as an adult, most of his success was do to high priced videos with the help of Vincent Price or a riff from Eddie Van Halen .Black people every where will deny the drug abuse and other crimes Jackson has committed , he will be as innocent as OJ was when he killed Nicole .Will Jackson's doctor be indicted ? How about his staff who knew of his drug abuse ? How many books will be written about his exploitation of children? How many of the books will be caught up in lawsuits by Jackson's family to keep them from being published ? How long before OBAMA opens his mouth and says something stupid ? Sharpton was the first..where is JESSE? Watch and see anyone who tries to tell the truth about Jackson will be called a RACIST !!!!

Fact is Nico Pitney was escorted into the news conference by white house staff. Reputable reporters have stepped forward and said the question was planted. Of course the question was planted , and those people really did faint at the campaign Obama rally's ..none of it was pre arranged . ABC news will not allow certain commercials to be aired tonight its fair and unbiased ( and Stalin made the trains run on time ) .
America has been fleeced out of a TRILLION dollars under the guise of a "stimulus "package.Today Warren Buffet announced the stimulus has failed and the economy is floundering and has no recovery in sight .Next is the CAP AN TAX bill that will place an ENERGY tax on every American.

Obama says no one will be forced to give up their current coverage. When asked he says the Government will not force you to give up your health insurance.Obama fails to tell you that he will TAX the health benefits ( something he scolded McCain for proposing on during the 2008 campaign) The bill as written allows any family of 4 making less than 110K a year to pay 10% of the yearly premium for the Health insurance.Who pays the other 90%? Employers will end company sponsored health benefits and force you to go to Government run health insurance. The existing Health insurers will lose 75% or more of their client base and face soaring costs due to OBAMAS coverage requirements and they will be forced out of business. How can any business compete with a model that loses 90% on every transaction that is conducted ? Look at the US Postal Service. Fed X and UPS ship far more packages and would put them out of the letter delivery business except federal law prevents anyone but the US POST OFFICE from delivering mail .Social Security , AMTRAK,Medicare , Medicaid, the government has a horrible track record for making a profit or breaking even . SOTOMAYOR FAILS SEVERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPREME COURT NOMINATION

Sotomayor Will be grilled by the various congressional and Senate members.
Sotomayor's previous statements show show is incapable of executing the duties of a Supreme Court Justice.
Here is the Oath she would be required to recite
According to Title 28, Chapter I, Part 453 of the United States Code, each Supreme Court Justice takes the following oath:
"I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."
Sotomayor has already explained that she is far superior to a white man.Does this mean she would recuse herself from any potential case involving a white man or a wealthy man ?
A Supreme Court Justice should apply the United States Constitution to the legal matter at hand without regard to any individuals particular circumstance or " special needs or situations " .The Constitution assures everyone regardless of race , creed, religion, or gender gets an equal stance in a matter before a court of law . GEITHNER TO PITCH ALMOST WORTHLESS USA TBILLS DURING HIS CHINA VISIT

Geithner is visiting China to encourage government officials to keep buying US Treasury Bonds .
The tone of the Chinese seems to be that they are caught in a trap and have little or no choice but to keep buying the devalued paper .
Seventeen of 23 Chinese economists polled in connection with Geithner’s visit said holdings of Treasuries are a “great risk” for the nation’s economy.As of March,China held about $768 billion of the flailing Treasury Bonds.Geithner's plan is simple...... he plans to cut the budget shortfall down to 3 percent of gross domestic product.Currently this figures stands at 12.9% of the GDP.White House aides were amazingly silent when asked if Geithner would announce to the Chinese that Bernie Madoff would receive a Presidential pardon and take on the role as the number 2 man at the Treasury Department, and be charge of making sure the Chinese assets were safe and producing exponential returns . Conventional wisdom is that the Chinese might actually think Geithner had MADE OFF with their money, if he announces Bernie's appointment while in mainland China .

Summer time emerges only to see that Obama has ran yet another us automaker ( GM ) into the ground.
North Korea is busy seeing just how many missiles they can launch.
Hillary Clinton has warned North Korea they would suffer the consequences for their own actions .
Which consequences you ask ?Perhaps we will not give N.Korea any more bribes to curtail their nuclear initiatives. Obama will announce missile defense cuts , and cut back on the F22 fighter jet .Don't forget the impotent United Nations will sign a piece of papers saying " shame on you North Korea" .Well at least the liberals, socialists and communists all can agree on one thing " Thank god George Bush is not here to blow a few of those pesky North Korea missiles up and send the message that the good ole USA will not entertain any saber rattling or veiled threats from a mentally unstable dictator".
Obama could never do anything like that .The USA has failed with its diplomatic efforts for several years with North Korea .
We have but a few simple choices.
1. Call China up and tell them to kick their North Korean lapdog in the stomach and get it under control .
2.Call China and tell them its ok they can deal with North Korea and the troubles in the Hemisphere , as they will have lots of time on their hand because the USA has implemented a 200% tax on all Chinese goods entering America.
3.The USA could stack nuclear weapons in South Korea Japan, Taiwan and other countries in the region ( of course this would mean we would have to give all the Arab countries missiles and Russian and China would make sure everyone else had equal stacks of nuclear missiles also)
4. Use the "big stick " method .That's right do not ask or seek permission from anyone , the next time the North Korean's transport , move or fuel a missile , let them find out what the boys at Lockheed Martin , Northrop Grumman , and Boeing have in their bag of tricks that could hit a snail in the eye from three thousand miles away.
5. Use the " Obama plan" ignore it all and concentrate on shrinking our own military, wrecking the economy, and giving every American a voucher for a wheelbarrow so they can cart the worthless American dollars around in. Obama's plan is a simple yet amazing idea,if we can reduce this country to near nothing ,then not only will other countries see any financial or strategic reason to invade us , they might actually send us bags of rice and allow the European version of the Red Cross to distribute it to the starving masses in mainland America.
Israel on the other hand can read the writing on the wall .The USA is not interested in using it's vast resources to protect anyone from radical regimes with power mad dictators intent on building a nuclear arsenal .Israel took the Syrian based nuclear facility out a few years back.North Korea played a large part in supplying that technology.Technology that the US government gave $$ to North Korea for their agreement NOT to develop it.
Israel has realized OBAMA is only interested in helping MUSLIM countries .Obama has proposed we send nuclear power plant technology to the OIL RICH United Arab Emirates. The UAE realizes with its VAST stores of oil it makes more sense to run power plants on Nuclear fuel rather than oil .Sounds good as Obama and his Socialist buddies seek a way to ween America off Foregin oil, we are sending the best Solution we have to the people we aspire to rid ourselves of .
NETANYAHU on the other hand will take the problem and solve it .
