Robert Bauer ( Anita Dunn's husband ) is expected to be appointed " White House Counsel "
Bauer is currently chair of the Political Law Group at the Washington law firm of Perkins Cole LLP.
Bauer has been paid over 1.3 MILLION dollars to keep Obama's birth, school and medical records sealed ,and out of the public eye .
Bauer field of expertise is " election law"
Do the conversations between Obama and Bauer ( as Obama's personal lawyer ) suddenly become off limits if Bauer becomes White House Counsel?
Will Obama be able to shield and deny Bauer from testifying if he becomes White House Counsel ?
