Surely it is hard to conduct two raids 100 miles apart ,that involve over 100 vehicles at each site . Just another hint that some one is passing info to the Casino owners in the state .

February 1, 2010-----Lt. Mike Reese of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board
( ABC BOARD ) testifies before Federal Judge Myron Thompson that the machines do not meet the standards for legal " bingo machines " as defined by the White Hall Supreme court ruling from November 13, 2009. John Tyson submits that the Federal court should not be involved as there is no constitutional right to profit from illegal gambling.

Thompson's ruling makes it a STATE issue not a federal issue .Thompson's opinion states Country Crossing and the task force have adequate remedies in state court and the legality of the machines is "an essentially state-law issue."
That ruling makes it clear that the raids should go forward , and then lawsuits could be filed if needed .
February 1, 2010---- Victoryland decides to shut it's door for " upgrades to food and beverage computers " . February 4, 2010----- Governor Riley schools A.G. Troy King on several points of law pertaining to the " charitable bingo amendment " that Country Crossroads is operating under . The issue of the machine really doesn't matter because Country Crossroads is violating these elements :
"The operation of bingo games for prizes or money by certain nonprofit organizations and certain private clubs for charitable, educational or other lawful purposes shall be legal in Houston County."
No where does the amendment say its purpose is "generally to allow bingo," or use any language to suggest that intent. If that were the purpose of the amendment, surely it would say that.
As for as paying employees, the amendment says this:
"One hundred percent of the net revenues derived from operating bingo games shall be designated and expended for charitable or educational purposes."
And this: "No nonprofit organization or club may pay consulting fees, any compensation or salary to any individual or entity for any services performed relating to operating or conducting any bingo game."

February 5, 2010----- Greenetrack surrenders liquor license . Give the Greenetrack owners their due , as they discovered this important loophole and closed it :
"AnyABC Board licensee expressly consents and authorizes agents of the ABCBoard, as well as other commissioned law enforcement officers havingproper jurisdiction, at any time, to enter and search the premises,observe the operation, and otherwise enforce state laws, and rules andregulations of the ABC Board in or about said premises, without awarrant," the state said in a court brief filed Tuesday in Macon County.
So now we know that a warrant was NEVER required to raid the SLOT MACHINE GAMBLING HALLS .
The state Supreme Court on Thursday handed Gov. Bob Riley a victory and overturned a temporary restraining order that blocked last week's raid attempt at VictoryLand.

April 13, 2010-----Candidate for Governor , Ron Sparks (D), pays back HALF MILLION DOLLAR LOAN . Ron Sparks who has been a vocal proponent of legalized gambling announced he has paid back a 500K loan.AP story Not a remarkable story in itself, but according to banking experts , Sparks does not have the assets to get a loan of that size....because he had not reported large assets or large amounts of income on the annual financial disclosure statements he filed with the State Ethics Commission, and it was unclear how he could afford to loan his campaign $500,000.
Sparks would not explain initially what financial assets supported the loan and why they didn't show up on his ethics statements.
May 21, 2010-----Supreme Court rules against Troy King and says Riley and task force are legal.
The court ruled that Gov. Bob Riley had the authority to appoint that task force and the authority to continue to run it. "The council (task force) authorized by the governor had the right to represent the state in this case and to see it through to completion." This and the voters who voted against King in the primary means Mr. King is now on the sidelines until at least 2011.

June 30,2010-----Circuit Judge Eddie Hardaway Jr. blocks task force raid at Greenetrack. Never mind the Supreme Court just ruled it was lawful. Judge Hardaway is not the only Judge in Alabama to set his own rules. Judge Hardaways is not even the only judge in the United States to make his own laws and rule as he wants and not as the law dictates. This is a BIG PROBLEM in America today . A spokesman for Gov. Bob Riley reacted angrily at Hardaway's latest rulings.
"We have a judge who is clearly and flagrantly ignoring the Alabama Supreme Court," Riley's communications director, Jeff Emerson, said in a statement. "Apparently, Judge Hardaway believes there is one law for him and Greenetrack and another for everyone else. It's clear he believes he does not have to pay attention to what the Supreme Courts says. When a judge ignores the orders of the Supreme Court, it threatens our entire judicial system, and that judge has got to go."

Greenetrack is shut down. Local leaders have decried racism and complained that law enforcement has disbanded the county's largest employer. Perhaps the civic leaders can get lawyers and help all the pimps and drug dealers to get out of prison also ? The law -- 8-1-150 -- says contracts founded upon gambling are void. "Any person who has paid any money or delivered any thing of value lost upon any game or wager may recover such money, thing, or its value by an action commenced within six months from the time of such payment or delivery," according to the law.
I wonder which 12 people will have pity for Milton and the reported 1 BILLION he has paid himself as a " Bingo Consultant " . Federal Judge Algenon L. Marbley has dismissed a case Joe Wurzelbacher had filed against Helen Jones-Kelley, Doug Thompson and Fred Williams.
The trio all worked for Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
JOE was in his front yard when Obama and an army of propagandists ( disguised as news media ) walked up and asked Joe if he would like to ask Obama a question .
"I'm getting ready to buy a company that makes 250 to 280 thousand dollars a year. Your new tax plan's going to tax me more, isn't it?"
Obama explained how " REDISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH " is going to be a good thing for everyone .
Judge Marbley was appointed by Bill Clinton .
Marbley dismissed the suit, saying that Mr. Wurzelbacher did not prove sufficient harm resulting from the incident, citing cases in which plaintiffs suffered more significant harm to their career or reputation.
The trio devised and executed a plan to check Joe's child support , tax return ,and other records that are PRIVATE , then released this information to the complicit news media .

Two of the 3 involved in the illegal activity were fired and a third resigned, the employee (Vanessa Niekamp)that was FORCED to run the searches was fired immediately, and these 3 managed to hang on for a bit longer.

Reality sets in , and one realizes this is a clever ( not really ) attempt to distract the American Citizen from what is really going on in our country.

Ok let's concede that Michelle is paying for her " own expenses " .
Is there really anything for her or her friends to actually pay for , that the taxpayers are not providing ?
Air Force 2 was the transport and the cost to operate it is about $56,500.00 per hour , ( derived from a congressional report for Representative Henry Waxman).
Add a cargo plane for cars and supplies at $ 7,000.00 per hour .
Marine Helicopter to get to Andrews AFB , or did they talk 3 Helo's that is SOP when the President travels?

UNINTENDED CONSEQEUNCES OF COURT RULING OF AZ .LAW SB 1070

US District Judge Susan Bolton ruled on the Arizona immigration law known as S.B.1070 .
Actually Judge Bolton issued a preliminary injunction , or " stay ".
Next stop for her ruling is the 9th ( most overturned circuit in America) circuit of appeals .
The 9th circuit will utilize the usual and customary flawed decision making the court is famous for , and the matter will be sent the Supreme Court.
Judge Bolton chose to IGNORE a law enacted by congress in 1996 know as 287 G
287 G authorizes States to investigate and arrest SUSPECTED illegal immigrants and turn them over to I.C.E.
The biggest flaw in the MEDIA LIES about the AZ. law is that FEDERAL LAW states that ANY law enforcement official has the authority to validate a person citizenship .
Read U.S.C. title 8 section 1304
This part of Federal law outlines the process to FINGER PRINT all immigrants into the United States , and defines the penalties for not having in one's possession PROOF that you are here LEGALLY .
Judge Bolton's assumption that if AZ. Law Enforcement were to check with the Federal Government on the immigration status of a detained criminal,would put an " undue burden on the government ", is TOTALLY FALSE !!
Judge Bolton did not strike the provision that allows law enforcement to investigate employers and their employees.
Now isn't that really stupid ?
Cops cant ask about your immigration status if they arrest you , so if you stay home and collect WELFARE they have no way of knowing you are breaking the law ?
Judge Bolton also failed to bring up the fact that " sanctuary cities " were blatantly violating FEDERAL LAW , yet HOLDER and his stooges turn a blind eye .
Should the D.O.J practice SELECTIVE enforcement of the same Federal statute?
NOW,Virginia's Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has issued a legal opinion Friday saying state law enforcement officers are allowed to check the immigration status of anyone "stopped or arrested."
The Virginia ruling now makes this a 10th Amendment and 14th Amendment question .
Bolton's ruling states Law Enforcement officers can not be FORCED to participate in AZ. S.B. 1070.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, says the ruling really makes no difference as he has officers standing in line to VOLUNTEER to be on his task force .
Sheriff Joe was the head of the DEA in Arizona in a career that spanned 32 years .
Sheriff Joe runs a tight ship, and is still " going about business as usual ".
Sheriff Joe arrests the law breakers , houses them in a " tent city " ,and feeds them two meals per day . Each meal is comprised of a .25 cent bologna sandwich and some water . Entertainment is the weather channel and CSPAN.
The inmates are put on " hold " while they serve their sentence and THEN released to I.C.E.

* ALL criminals arrested by local or State Law Enforcement that have been convicted and incarcerated for FEDERAL crimes SHOULD be released as they were NOT detained by FEDERAL officials.
This simply means all bank robbers, and drug dealers that were arrested and the FED'S were not involved were arrested do to the " flawed language of S.B. 1070 should be released !
In fact any law that was a Federal law before it was a state law would be treated this way.
* ALL sanctuary cities and the Mayors and others involved should be arrested and convicted as they have violated Federal immigration law also.
* Lawsuits , surely black inmates convicted of drug sales were " racially profiled" and therefore their convictions and UNJUST also.
In fact , all non white inmates SHOULD be allowed to go free by the flawed reasoning the Judge Bolton has applied to this ruling .
* How about the fact that NO ONE could be required to present their Driver's License if stopped by Police ?
* No more photo ID to rent movies , buy alcohol or tobacco?
* Eliminates the IRS , as if you do not file a return because you are not a legal citizen , then you shouldnt be identified or prosecuted .
* NO more ID checks for anything , bank loans , car tags , movie rentals , etc.
This is just another sliver of Obama's plan to turn this country into a 3rd world dictatorship , leaving but a few powerful politicians with the power of KINGS.

Did the " Most transparent administration in History " neglect to mention this at Geithner's confirmation hearing?
Would this be called Quid Pro Quo if the President was a Republican ?
2) Obama is listed on a passport application with a previously unknown surname ("Saebarkah")
3) Dunham lists two different locations and dates for her marriage to Lolo Soetoro.
In the released documents Dunham listed both March 15, 1965, in Molokai, Hawaii, and March 5, 1964, in Maui, Hawaii, as the dates and places of her marriage.
Mere Coincidence that Obama is unsure WHICH hospital in Hawaii he was born at , and his mother is equally unsure when and where she was married ?
Mysteriously , all passport records before 1968 for Ann Dunham are " MISSING " .

This group of teenager's from a suburb in Birmingham, Alabama perform amazing feats with a basketball and record it on camera for " your enjoyment " .

Many times I see young people who " just don't get it " , and I say , maybe if they would get outside and play like kids played when we were growing up things would get better .
I think as these young people graduate college and enter the " real world" , they will accomplish other " good things " .
Why has the media not picked up on this story ?
Probably because they are " white kids of privilege" , and it would only give " Ben Jealous " , and other race baiters an opportunity to make our current administration admit that if you are good parents and " rear your children " , then it really only takes a basketball to keep them from becoming a juvenile delinquent , hell bent on wearing droopy pants while they sell drugs ,rob , rape ,and murder innocent people.
