Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano , denounced an immigration raid at a Bellingham, Washington. This raid was the first under the new OBAMA regime . Napolitano ordered a review of the action , saying she did not know about the raid before it happened and was briefed on it early Wednesday morning. She has asked U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which arrested 28 illegal immigrants in the raid, for answers. The raid at the Yamato Engine Specialists was the first work-site action ICE has taken since Obama took office, said Sean Smith, a spokesman at Homeland Security in Washington, D.C. ICE officials said many of the people obtained the jobs using fake Social Security numbers and other counterfeit documents. The raid came after months of the business owner cooperating with ICE on an audit, which included providing employee rosters to federal authorities .

In two separate incidents soldiers in Iraq have questioned Obama's birth records and his right to be president.
Obama's DIS APPROVAL rate has DOUBLED!!!. Obama’s new disapproval rating — 24%, or 50% higher than the 16% average for a month-old new presidency.
And it’s twice the 12% disapproval rate that Obama had last month. Obama is now less popular than George W Bush was at the same time during his presidency.What does this mean? It means Lots of Americans now realize Obama has lied about most everything that ever come out of his mouth.
A Democratic governor of TN has said he may not take all of the Stimulus money. Its not just the republicans, many see the harm Obama is trying to inflict on our country. Still no reports of the protests when Obama speaks in public.

The resolution would have forced the House Ethics Committee to launch a probe into the PMA Group, a lobbying company accused of making fraudulent donations to lawmakers using names of people who did not exist. The FBI raided PMA’s headquarters in November and is investigating the group’s founder and president, Paul Magliochetti, a former Murtha aide. PMA has contributed millions to politicians in the last decade, has close ties to senior Democratic appropriators including Reps. John Murtha D-Pa., and Pete Visclosky,D-Ind.Just another great example of bi partisan transparency . Nancy Pelosi passed another 410 BILLION for give aways . the bill has a total of 8,570 earmarks at a cost of $7.7 billion, according to Taxpayers for Common Sense. Fannie Mae, the nation’s biggest underwriter of home mortgages, had been under increasing pressure from the Clinton Administration to expand mortgage loans among low and moderate income people and felt pressure from stock holders to maintain its phenomenal growth in profits.
In addition, banks, thrift institutions and mortgage companies had been pressing Fannie Mae to help them make more loans to so-called subprime borrowers. These borrowers whose incomes, credit ratings and savings are not good enough to qualify for conventional loans, can only get loans from finance companies that charge much higher interest rates — anywhere from three to four percentage points higher than conventional loans.
”Fannie Mae has expanded home ownership for millions of families in the 1990’s by reducing down payment requirements,” said Franklin D. Raines, Fannie Mae’s chairman and chief executive officer. ”Yet there remain too many borrowers whose credit is just a notch below what our underwriting has required who have been relegated to paying significantly higher mortgage rates in the so-called subprime market.”
Demographic information on these borrowers is sketchy. But at least one study indicates that 18 percent of the loans in the subprime market went to black borrowers, compared to 5 per cent of loans in the conventional loan market.
In moving, even tentatively, into this new area of lending, Fannie Mae is taking on significantly more risk, which may not pose any difficulties during flush economic times. But the government-subsidized corporation may run into trouble in an economic downturn, prompting a government rescue similar to that of the savings and loan industry in the 1980’s.
”From the perspective of many people, including me, this is another thrift industry growing up around us,” said Peter Wallison a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. ”If they fail, the government will have to step up and bail them out the way it stepped up and bailed out the thrift industry.”
Under Fannie Mae’s pilot program, consumers who qualify can secure a mortgage with an interest rate one percentage point above that of a conventional, 30-year fixed rate mortgage of less than $240,000 — a rate that currently averages about 7.76 per cent. If the borrower makes his or her monthly payments on time for two years, the one percentage point premium is dropped. Fannie Mae officials stress that the new mortgages will be extended to all potential borrowers who can qualify for a mortgage. But they add that the move is intended in part to increase the number of minority and low income home owners who tend to have worse credit ratings than non-Hispanic whites. the Department of Housing and Urban Development proposed that by the year 2001, 50 percent of Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac’s portfolio be made up of loans to low and moderate-income borrowers. Fannie Mae, the nation’s biggest underwriter of home mortgages, had been under increasing pressure from the Clinton Administration to expand mortgage loans among low and moderate income people and felt pressure from stock holders to maintain its phenomenal growth in profits.
In addition, banks, thrift institutions and mortgage companies had been pressing Fannie Mae to help them make more loans to so-called subprime borrowers. These borrowers whose incomes, credit ratings and savings are not good enough to qualify for conventional loans, can only get loans from finance companies that charge much higher interest rates — anywhere from three to four percentage points higher than conventional loans.
”Fannie Mae has expanded home ownership for millions of families in the 1990’s by reducing down payment requirements,” said Franklin D. Raines, Fannie Mae’s chairman and chief executive officer. ”Yet there remain too many borrowers whose credit is just a notch below what our underwriting has required who have been relegated to paying significantly higher mortgage rates in the so-called subprime market.”
Demographic information on these borrowers is sketchy. But at least one study indicates that 18 percent of the loans in the subprime market went to black borrowers, compared to 5 per cent of loans in the conventional loan market.
In moving, even tentatively, into this new area of lending, Fannie Mae is taking on significantly more risk, which may not pose any difficulties during flush economic times. But the government-subsidized corporation may run into trouble in an economic downturn, prompting a government rescue similar to that of the savings and loan industry in the 1980’s.
”From the perspective of many people, including me, this is another thrift industry growing up around us,” said Peter Wallison a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. ”If they fail, the government will have to step up and bail them out the way it stepped up and bailed out the thrift industry.”
Under Fannie Mae’s pilot program, consumers who qualify can secure a mortgage with an interest rate one percentage point above that of a conventional, 30-year fixed rate mortgage of less than $240,000 — a rate that currently averages about 7.76 per cent. If the borrower makes his or her monthly payments on time for two years, the one percentage point premium is dropped. Fannie Mae officials stress that the new mortgages will be extended to all potential borrowers who can qualify for a mortgage. But they add that the move is intended in part to increase the number of minority and low income home owners who tend to have worse credit ratings than non-Hispanic whites. the Department of Housing and Urban Development proposed that by the year 2001, 50 percent of Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac’s portfolio be made up of loans to low and moderate-income borrowers. Last year, 44 percent of the loans Fannie Mae purchased were from these groups. HMMM Looks like BILL and good ole Franklin Raines put us there ?

California will be hurt the most and plunge further in debt .Obama will weaken the California economy, mire the New York Economy is welfare spending and send the rest of the US into a vicious downward spiral .The rest of the will feel the pain and the welfare roles will grow and taxes will soar.Obama will put in place HUGE taxes and penalties for manufacturing .The cost will be passed onto the consumer. the Deficit MAY shrink but you will paying double for power, food and anything you buy. Food is transported on trucks and trucks produce emissions. Obama will announce he is going to let the Bush tax cuts expire . This is pure genius!! Obama kills the stock market with this one simple tax increase . Fortune 1000 companies will not be able to borrow the money they need to operate .The Chinese quit buying our bonds, and perhaps even start cashing the bonds in .The few Banks that the government have not taken over will go under . Doctors and every one making over 250k ( or what ever # Obama likes ..could be 100 k or 60 k )will consider retiring or drastically scaling back their business.This works great for Obama as he institutes National Health Care. Shelby sated that no one read read the bill before voting on it .Another local resident asked Shelby if there was any truth to a rumor that appeared during the presidential campaign concerning Obama’s U.S. citizenship, or lack thereof.
“Well his father was Kenyan and they said he was born in Hawaii, but I haven’t seen any birth certificate,” Shelby said. “You have to be born in America to be president.”
Where is AL SHARPTON? Is this not the obvious racism that Sharpton organizes marches against ?

Governors are vocal opponents and say they will take some ,none , or all of the money offered in the " Generational Theft Act " .Imagine the lawsuits that erupt from this mess.If South Carolina refuses dollars and the money is redirected to Michigan we will see lawsuits from a multitude of organizations. Most every one agrees the programs that will be enlarged or created will run out of money and the burden will fall back to the state. This simply means your taxes go up once AGAIN ! Imprint in your mind this term " shovel ready " It is called shovel ready because its a HUGE PORK clause .Greedy,wasteful liberals will need a shovel to feed with at the feeding trough.Look around your local town or area, most of the projects that benefit will be old welfare projects that never got off the ground.If your town needs an outer loop and the project is not far enough along to lay asphalt you lose. This will not help the economy, quite the opposite it will KILL the economy. Obama is well on his way to creating a WELFARE STATE .the trillions of dollars OBAMA has allocated to this welfare initiative will accomplish a few things .
1) Increases the dependency on the local and state governments , which already do not have the funds to support the programs in place , much less the new ones .
2) Creates inflation and deflation at the same time .
3)Police budgets will be cut , and crime will flourish because it will take valuable dollars and build free housing for people who enjoy the OBAMA LIFESTYLE. Take a mix of minority people, give them a free house, food stamps , and a monthly check and they will sit on the front porch and use drugs and drink .
4)Devaluation of the dollar will stop the Chinese and other governments from buying our debt or even worse cash all of their bonds in .
