Stuart W. Rudnick of Musick, Peeler & Garrett is the lawyer for Occidental college .Mr Rudnick contacted Fredric D. Woocher of Strumwasser & Woocher. Rudnick revealed via fax to Mr.Woocher "Inasmuch as the subpoena appears to be valid on its face, the College will have no alternative but to comply with the subpoena absent a court order instructing otherwise." Mr. Woocher is the lawyer representing Obama, and has replied and asked Mr . Kreep to withdraw his request. Mr. Woocher further advised Mr. Kreep that if he did not cease the actions of the ramifications . 2-11-09 I blogged on 2-4-2009 that we should all be concerned that OBAMA would axe the F-22 fighter program .Never fear BARNEY FRANK declared this was a waste full un needed program and should be discontinued on his appearance on " MEET THE PRESS " on Sunday 2-8-2009. Have no fear Barny will lead the march to dismantle the US armed forces . 2-11-09 Timothy Geithner will soon resign.He made a complete fool of himself , his supporters and most importantly OBAMA.Timothy Geithner delayed his press conference to outline his plan for TARP II . Geithner's plan is that he has no plan at all . He intends to print 1 trilion dollars of debt. If that doesn't work try another 1 trillion. Wall Street loved it and the DOW closed down 389 to go below the 8000 point line .By his own admission he says he will get it wrong but keep trying and spending money. Just what we need a few more TRILLIONS of debt. Gee what a BOZO . Timothy Geithner will release a statement that says something likes this .To help move the country out of this deep recession , I am going to step aside . I feel my MINOR oversight of a small tax issue could delay the recovery of the economy.Give me a break this guy is an idiot . Will he be the first cabinet member to flee OBAMA'S sinking ship ?

2-11-09 Obama had his first press conference a few nights ago and it was eerily similar to a campaign speech. Obama revealed Timothy Geithner would have the plan to save America( boy that one backfired ) Obama released the video of the press conference but he has edited out the PRESS and their questions , sounds like a good ole Propaganda film from the 1940's .Obama looked silly as he called on reporters for questions . He called names off of a list and then looked around the room to see where they might be .Helen Thomas asked OBAMA if any middle east countries had nukes and he sidestepped the questions .She also refers to " so called terrorists" .All this from a near 100 year old crackpot who is quoted as " never saw liberal bias in the media" How long before we can't call them terrorists? ? It was obvious Obama read the reporter's names off a list , could we also rationalize they questions were planted? .One might think so , as Obama rambled on and on with the answer to each " random " question . The Huffington Post reporter had a front row seat , but we saw no questions from the FOX NEWS team. The hardball question of the night was served up by Mara Liasson. Sad day when the NPR reporter is the one we have to rely on to ask a the tough question to a SOCIALIST President .American's knows this PORK BILL is a scam and many governors are speaking out . It will never work . Cost over runs and UNION corruption will make the cost 3 times what is budgeted for infrastructure. Several reporters witnessed this incident . Tim Starks a reporter for the Congressional Quarterly. Starks said he had NEVER seen this happen in his many years of covering the CIA .What is Panetta afraid of ? Could it be questions of how he earned more than 700k from " consulting fees" ( don't confuse this with lobbying or " pay for play " because OBAMA doesn't allow that in his administration ) Proud check writers include Merrill Lynch, Wachovia , the Carlyle group ( a consulting / lobbying firm , that also owns companies who receive lucrative contracts from the CIA and NSA ). Pacific Maritime Association was glad to write a check for 60k . I am sure this doesn't in any way influence their lobbying efforts on terrorism laws that affect shipping .
Naturally more tax evasion was discovered last week also .Hilda Solis the nominee for Labor Secretary disclosed her husband Sam Sayyad had failed to pay tax liens on his business as far back as 16 years.Naturally neither one were aware of the liens . Imagine that ? The county doesn't send notices ? Solis is also under fire for her role as a NON PAID board member and treasurer for a non profit. American Rights to Work is a pro union group that just so happened to contribute 310k on lobbying for ( yes you guessed it ) to support legislation Solis co -sponsored designed to make it much easier for unions to organize ( no conflict of interest here is it ? ) Obama also signed his 4ht executive order, and of course it rescinds a BUSH order .That's more of the look forward not backward OBAMA doctrine . The new order is pay back for the UNIONS . The order requires construction contractors to negotiate union officials and pay union wages.Why not just make the " NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION AGENCY '? Kiss another private sector industry good bye . Funny how all this works isn't it ? we are going to have a STIMULUS that has bridge and road work BUT the union will be MANDATED to be included ,and hire non white , non skilled laborers and pay them a premium wage ?

Offshore bank account perhaps? Speaking of Offshore accounts where is Hillary ?She has vanished? could it be that she an d BILL have huge tax issues also? Bill has Ltd. partnership in offshore accounts .My hunch is that all the HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS he received for his library, some of it got lost , misplaced or VANISHED.

Killifer evaded paying less than 300 dollars of medicare taxes for her domestic help, resulting in a tax lien oh her home .For 18 months she has avoiding paying this SMALL amount . Obama says we cant have two sets of rules . When will he ask Geitner to step down ?
Chris Dodd has revealed he did nothing wrong obtaining his mortgages, BUT he is going to refinance them anyway ( the rate has dropped a good bit )
Cuba has demanded we abandon our base in Cuba . Iran has demanded we apologize to them for everything under the sun

The terrorist received Obama's email via blackberry, its ok to screw with America we are closing Gitmo and we will not use the CIA to catch you .
